Hali Cartee

Hali joined the Office of Communications and Marketing team in 2004. Previously, she worked for the Palladium-Item reporting the news in Wayne County and Preble County, Ohio. Hali moved to Richmond in 2000 after graduating college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Indiana State University. When not at work, Hali volunteers as a board member for the Cornerstone Child Care in Hagerstown. She also enjoys cooking with her family or spending time with her two children.

Susanna Tanner

Susanna brings over seven years of experience as a graphic designer, striving to create visually effective communication pieces for the university. A 1989 IU graduate who holds a Bachelor of Arts in telecommuications, Susanna formerly worked as a videographer for television newsrooms in Kansas City, MO, Indianapolis, IN and Lexington, KY before moving back to Richmond. She is a member of University and College Designers Association (UCDA), Whitewater Valley Artists Consortium and former member of National Press Photographers Association. Outside of work you'll find her with a 35mm camera in hand, gardening or spending time with her family.

Aaron Hill

Aaron has been part of the Web Team since October 2006. He was born and raised in eastern PA, and has lived in Richmond, IN since 2002. He previously worked for the City of Richmond as a technician / Linux Administrator / webmaster, and prior to that did a mix of freelancing jobs and hobbyist computing. With a strong programming background, Aaron tag-teams on both intranet and public Web site applications here at IU East.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, brewing homemade soft drinks, gaming. He holds an A.S. in Accounting and is currently double-majoring in both General Studies (B.G.S.) and Chemistry (A.S.). [Geek Code]

Zak brings to the table several years of programming experience with a variety of programming languages and an interesting sense of humour. After high school, he took a year off to live and learn in Thailand. After returning, he joined IU East as a student and intern and quickly became part of the Web Team. He is currently aiming for a degree in Computer Science and/or Linguistics. When not programming for work, Zak likes to program for fun, teach his 8 month old daughter to program, and spend time with his family. [Geek Code]
