Administrative Committees (chaired by Executive Vice Chancellor)
Administrative committees are designed to provide the Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (EVCAA) and the members of the committees themselves advice on academic affairs and enrollment management matters that have campus-wide implications and to facilitate communications among the various offices represented.
Deans Council (DC)
The Deans Council addresses strategic issues as they relate to the academic structure and operations of IU East as a whole, giving special attention to matters that cut across the academic schools.
The membership of the DC includes the EVCAA (chair), Associate Vice Chancellor, and five School Deans. Regular meetings of the DC are held on Monday mornings, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., generally twice a month, depending on the volume of items to discuss. Other meetings are scheduled as needed.
