The Chancellor’s Medallion is the highest honor presented by the Chancellor of IU East. Recipients are honored at the Chancellor's Medallion Dinner; the most recent celebration was held the evening of November 15, 2019.
The award is bestowed upon individuals who exemplify these virtues:
- Rendering distinguished service to the University and to the community,
- Giving freely of their talents in the promotion of human welfare and community well-being,
- Serving as exemplary role models for students and alumni through their integrity, leadership, and commitment.
In celebration of these awardees and their collective achievements, proceeds from the Chancellor’s Medallion Dinner support continued student engagement efforts and the overall mission of IU East.
