The Office Move Request guidelines and form is to ensure clear communication and efficient handling of all office moves.
Office Move Guidelines:
- All office moves request and rationale to be submitted to unit supervisor.
- Supervisor and associate agree on timeframe
- Supervisor approves/rejects
- Approved request forwards onto School Dean or Unit Management.
- Approved/rejected
- Approval forward to EVC Academic Affairs and VC Finance and Administration.
- Approved/rejected
- Approval is sent to Physical Facilities Director and IT Director for scheduling.
- Approved scheduled move with timeline sent back to original requestor
